Project DOVE offers several classes geared to various age groups that can help you improve your relationship.
Women’s Support Group
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
(child care is available during class time)
Thursday 5:30pm – 6:30pm (English)
Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm (Spanish)
Parenting After Trauma
This group is designed to help parents who have experienced domestic violence to understand the impact a troubled relationship may have on their children and themselves.
Wednesday 2:30pm – 3:30pm
This group is designed for any teen who is experiencing challenges at school with peers, parents, relationships, self-esteem, beauty and body image, setting boundaries, emotional struggles or making decisions.
Saturday 3:30pm – 5:30pm
This group is for children ages 5-12 who have been affected by domestic violence, either directly or indirectly. This group strives to give them empowerment through education and advocacy.
Saturday 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Trauma Informed Class
This class is presented by Lifeways and provides victims of domestic violence the ability to address and understand the trauma they have experienced. Individuals are given the opportunity to express what they went through, how they handled the situation, and how to cope with decisions that were made during this traumatic time in their life.
Wednesday 12:00pm to 1:00pm
